The app will provide you with a list of available floor plans where you can narrow down the plans to those that interest you the most. You can also scroll through a full list of available options and preview the elevations and floor plan modifications.

The app also features a color selection tool. Once you choose a color you like, you can browse different color palettes that are available for each color scheme. The virtual rendering of the home will automatically update to reflect the colors you choose.

Finally, there is a map of the neighborhood. You can select your homesite and create a personalized brochure, so you can save this home for your next visit to our website. Saving the home will allow you to compare multiple homes that you might want to have built.
